We work out coverage, volumes and the right SIM or eSIM setup.

  3. Get set up

SIMs delivered ready to install, or dashboard access with a funded wallet.

  4. Roll out and grow

Deploy across your operation and add capacity as you scale.

Questions

Straight answers.

Do I need an API integration?

No. The Business Dashboard works on its own. The API is there when you want travel eSIMs inside your own product.

How do I get API access?

Generate API credentials from your Business Dashboard account. The documentation covers authentication, plans, creating eSIMs and usage.

Can we order SIMs in bulk?

Yes. Tell our team your volumes and rollout timeline and we’ll scope it with you.

Can staff keep their existing numbers?

Numbers can be ported to Sotel under Nigeria’s portability rules.

How is it billed?

One account and one bill, with lines added and removed as people join and leave.
